Location. Positioned amid the orchards and farmlands of California's central valley and near the San Joaquin River, the Best Western Stockton Inn is popular among travelers passing between Stockton and the Bay Area. The hotel is located at the intersection of Highway 99 and Waterloo Road, just seven miles from the Stockton Airport and 5 miles from downtown. Stockton boasts the largest inland seaport in California and has become a major processing and distribution point for farm products and wines.
