Location. Overlooking a lake fringed with mature trees, the white fronted Nassauer Hof hotel is set in a grand 19th century building in Wiesbaden, Germany. Next to Kaiser Friedrich Square, the hotel is 200 metres from the opera house and casino. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) is 29 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Built in 1819 on the site of a thermal spring, the Nassauer Hof hotel's lobby evokes the era with chandeliers and dark wood panelling.
A spiral staircase twists up to the gallery in the Michelin starred Ente restaurant, fusing Euro Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. Its cavernous cellar houses more than 1,200 wines. German staples, salads and stews are served in Ente Bistro, which has floor to ceiling windows and walls festooned with artwork. The domed Orangerie specialises in regional dishes, including vegetarian options and Sunday lunch. The Nassauer Hof Bar offers drinks and snacks, plus a selection of whiskeys and cigars, and features live piano music and an open fire.
There are conference rooms in the hotel, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas (surcharge).
Natural light pours in through the glass fronted pool, filled with hot thermal spring water and featuring a wave shaped ceiling. The hotel has a fitness room with cardiovascular equipment, saunas and sun terrace. The onsite Estee Lauder Beauty Centre offers beauty treatments.

From Frankfurt Airport (FRA):
Distance to the Nassauer Hof hotel is 29 kilometres, approximately 25 minutes' drive.
Getting there. There are two passenger railway stations at Frankfurt airport: the Fernbahnof (long distance) station and the Regional train station. Both can be accessed by a Sky Line monorail or a shuttle bus. RMV trains operate a frequent service between the airport and Wiesbaden. Taxis are readily available at both terminals. Onsite parking is available (surcharge).
Driving directions. From Frankfurt, take the A66 motorway and exit towards Wiesbaden Stadtmitte.
Follow directions for the Kurhaus/Theater/Casino and take the underpass into Frankfurter Strasse.
Turn left into Rheinstrasse and right at the traffic lights into Wilhelmstrasse where the Nassauer Hof hotel is located.
